Concentrix en Málaga busca un/a Business Development Representative para un modelo híbrido, apoyando el desarrollo de negocio y calificando nuevas oportunidades de venta. Requisitos: bilingüe en español e inglés, 1–2 años en ventas IT, experiencia con CRM (Dynamics 365, Salesforce) y MS Office; se ofrece salario base de 25.000€ brutos/año, bono de hasta 4.000€ y contrato permanente a tiempo completo.

La oficina está en Benalmádena y se ofrecen formación inicial, salario competitivo y beneficios;

Formación

• Bilingüe en español y fluidez en inglés.
• 1–2 años de experiencia en ventas IT o gestión de cuentas.
• Experiencia con MS Office y CRM (Dynamics 365, Salesforce).

Responsabilidades

• Gestionar actividades de cualificación de leads salientes en equipo BDR2 (hybrid).
• Validar y calificar leads identificando puntos de dolor y tomador de decisiones.
• Crear y actualizar registros en Salesforce y cuentas de leads.
• Apoyar la transferencia de oportunidades y coordinar llamadas con Account Executive.
• Mantener registros y reportes para seguimiento de leads y oportunidades.

What you will do in this role

• Manage outbound lead qualification activities as part of the BDR2 hybrid team, including reviewing assigned MQLs, MQAs, and MCLs, taking action within agreed response times, and updating lead status, notes, and activities in Salesforce.
• Validate and qualify leads by confirming business pain points or challenges, identifying the decision-maker or key influencer, and confirming the expected timeframe.
• Create and update the required lead, contact, account, and opportunity records in Salesforce, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Support the opportunity handoff process by converting qualified leads into opportunities and scheduling handoff calls with the prospect and Account Executive.
• Maintain supporting records, activities, and reporting to ensure accurate tracking of lead and opportunity progress.

Your qualifications

• Are bilingual or proficient in Spanish plus fluent in English.
• Have 1-2 years experience in IT sales with a proven track record of success and/or sales account management or customer management experience.
• Have experience using Microsoft Office Suite applications and Client Relationship Management systems such as Dynamics 365, Salesforce, etc.

It would be a plus if you:

• Have experience working with or selling MS Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365 or similar solutions.
• Have Microsoft Fundamentals certification on MS Azure, Modern Workplace and/or BizApps.
