Flourish is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our technology sales team in Madrid. You will research target organisations, generate opportunities through phone, email and LinkedIn outreach, qualify prospects and schedule meetings for Account Executives.

With €40,000 base and €15,000 OTE, the role offers structured onboarding, clear progression opportunities, and an international working environment as you develop a successful sales career.
