FH Collective Academy in Barcelona is seeking a Business Development Representative for Google Cloud products to proactively engage B2B prospects in the Benelux region and map technical needs to GCP solutions.

You will execute high-volume outbound calls and emails, qualify opportunities to SQOs, and manage accounts in Salesforce, with a base salary of €23,876.19 plus up to €3,407.56 in performance bonus and relocation support of 1 month accommodation.

Formación

• Languages: Dutch (C2) and English (C1) written and spoken.
• Proven track record in outbound IT cold calling and B2B lead generation.
• Experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
• BA/BS degree or 20+ months of relevant practical experience.

Responsabilidades

• Execute high-volume outbound calls and email campaigns to C-level decision-makers.
• Discover business pain points and map technical requirements to Google Cloud Platform solutions.
• Achieve quarterly SQO quotas and daily/weekly outbound KPIs.
• Manage accounts, pipeline, and customer insights in Salesforce CRM.

You will proactively engage B2B prospects in the Benelux market, identify technical pain points, and generate Sales Qualified Opportunities (SQOs) to expand Google Cloud's regional footprint.

Requirements

• Languages: C2 Dutch and C1 English (written and spoken).
• Experience: Proven track record in outbound IT cold calling, B2B lead generation, and CRM tools (Salesforce).
• Technical & Regional Knowledge: Solid understanding of cloud computing (GCP preferred) and Benelux market dynamics (business etiquette, GDPR compliance, ROI discussions).
• Education: BA/BS degree or 20+ months of relevant practical experience.
