Flourish in Madrid is seeking a proactive Business Development Representative to generate new opportunities and support a high-performing sales team. You will research target accounts, reach out via phone, email and LinkedIn, qualify prospects and schedule meetings for Account Executives.

The role offers a base salary of €40,000 with €15,000 OTE, a structured onboarding program, and opportunities for career progression in an international environment.
