Description
About the role

Amazon Shipping Spain is just three years old — still a young, fast-moving organization with a startup mentality. You won't join a fully built machine but you'll help shape what it becomes.

You'll own the full sales cycle: building pipeline, identifying opportunities, and closing deals. There's no standard pricing playbook here — every deal is personalized. You'll design custom commercial proposals tailored to each customer's needs, negotiate complex agreements, and own the P&L impact of every deal you close.

What you'll get
  • Startup autonomy backed by Amazon's scale.
  • Influence on product direction based on what you hear from the market.
  • Career growth in a business still defining its trajectory, with direct exposure to senior leadership.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Operations, Finance, and more.
You'll Thrive Here If
  • You're energized by building and scaling, comfortable wearing multiple hats.
  • You have a proven track record owning the full sales cycle — from cold outreach to closing and growing accounts. This is indispensable.
  • You're a strong negotiator who can structure non-standard, tailored deals while keeping a sharp eye on profitability.
  • You build strong relationships with customers and internal teams alike.
  • You can find the best solution for a customer — even when it doesn't exist yet.
  • You thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. You don't follow the playbook — you write it.
  • You shift naturally between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Key job responsibilities
  • Business development: Proactively hunt for new customers — self-prospect, identify targets, and bring them to Amazon Shipping. Acquire new package volume, ensure strong conversion rates, and do it all with profitability in mind.
  • Customer relationship management: Establish and maintain top-level relationships with potential strategic customers who don't know Amazon Shipping yet.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work with Operations, Product, and Tech leaders to manage the program and build a product that fits customer needs. This includes listening to customers, building new proposals, and influencing stakeholder teams.
  • Dive deep: Measure performance, identify gaps and opportunities, and lead the wider team to address them.
About The Team

We're a diverse group of dreamers and doers — international, a mix of young talent and senior professionals, some from Amazon, many not. What we share is the belief that building Amazon Shipping in Spain is a once-in-a-career opportunity, and we're all hands on deck to make it happen.

We thrive in the fast pace, we back each other up, and we genuinely enjoy working together. If you're looking for a team where hierarchy takes a back seat to ideas and impact, you'll feel at home here.

Basic Qualifications
  • Experience in B2B sales, business development, or account acquisition in a hunter/new business role.
  • Proven track record of owning the full sales cycle — from self-prospecting to negotiation and closing.
  • Experience building and managing a commercial pipeline independently.
  • Basic understanding of the logistics, shipping, or carrier industry.
  • Fluent Spanish (native or C2) and professional English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience selling logistics, shipping, or supply chain services (carrier, 3PL, or freight).
  • Track record of structuring non-standard, bespoke commercial deals with P&L ownership.
  • Experience working in a startup or early-stage business environment within a larger organization.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) and data-driven pipeline management.
  • Experience influencing cross-functional teams (Product, Operations, Tech) without direct authority.
