Amazon is seeking a Program Manager for SWA EU SWA OPS First Mile & Integration to drive cross‑functional programs across First Mile operations. You will partner with AMZL/ATS, Commercial and Support teams to deliver scalable operational solutions.

The role emphasizes program leadership, KPI monitoring, and the design of new operating models to hit strategic targets while delivering a world-class customer experience. Ideal candidates excel in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent.
  • Intermediate Excel skills: pivot tables, lookups, data cleansing.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Willingness to travel within the EU.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and presentation abilities.

Responsabilidades

  • Lead operational programs for Amazon Shipping with cross-functional partners.
  • Monitor weekly First-Mile qualitative and cost KPIs for reporting.
  • Collaborate with operations, commercial and support teams to improve processes.
  • Own ops readiness documents: define problems and assess impact.
  • Lead launch, implementation, and scale‑up before handing over to BAU.

Amazon Shipping offers Amazon’s logistics capabilities as a product and service. Its first customers are sellers in the UK, using our delivery network to ship their domestic volume. We are looking for an experienced leader to join the First Mile team. The role requires a self‑starter comfortable supporting large, complex cross‑functional programs, with strong program management, analytical skills, and effective communication.

This is a great opportunity to join an entrepreneurial business growing rapidly. You will be part of the core team managing Amazon Shipping operations across all supply‑chain legs (first mile, middle mile, last mile). You will lead the development of operational products to deliver a world‑class customer experience and design & implement new operating solutions to hit strategic targets (service, growth, cost).

Key responsibilities
  • Lead operational programs for Amazon Shipping, partnering with AMZL/ATS operations and business teams
  • Monitor weekly First‑mile qualitative and cost KPIs for reporting in SWA and AMZL WBR
  • Partner with AMZL/ATS/Commercial and Customer Support teams to improve processes and enhance performance
  • Own ops readiness documents to define problem statements and conduct impact assessments
  • Own launch, implementation, and scale‑up before handing over to operations as BAU
Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business
  • Customer focus and professional demeanor
  • Organizational skill and operations mindset
  • Ability and interest in working in a fast‑paced, rapidly‑changing environment
  • Strong work ethic focused on exceeding expectations
  • Experience leading and interacting with cross‑functional teams
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to travel within the EU
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
  • Experience in MS Access and SQL
  • Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear, detailed requirement documents
