BettingJobs is seeking a Business Development Manager for Payments/FinTech to drive growth remotely across CIS and Eastern European markets. You will leverage an existing network of PSPs, acquiring banks, payment gateways and local providers to expand our payments footprint.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in Business Development within Payments/FinTech/Financial Services, strong negotiation and relationship skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.

Formación

• 3+ years of Business Development experience within Payments, FinTech or Financial Services.
• Strong experience across CIS and Eastern European markets.
• Existing network across PSPs, acquiring banks, payment gateways and local payment providers.
• Knowledge of cross-border payments, acquiring and payment processing.
• Strong commercial negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Experience working independently within a fast-paced/start-up environment.
• Experience with card acquiring, APMs, Open Banking or Digital Wallets is advantageous.
