goFLUENT is seeking a B2B Account Executive to develop the Eastern Europe territory by prospecting clients, identifying decision makers, presenting proposals and closing meetings. The role requires building strong relationships with senior leaders and collaborating with Marketing and Customer Success to close deals.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in B2B sales, experience with SaaS, and English at least at B2 level.

• Minimum 2 years experience in B2B sales.
• B2B sales experience in SaaS is a plus.
• Fluent in English (minimum B2) and comfortable with international contexts.

What You’ll Do

• Develop our Eastern Europe territory by prospecting clients, identifying the decision makers, providing proposals and closing meetings.
• Qualify and understand your prospects’ business-critical issues, challenge conventional learning approaches, and lead sales conversations to articulate the business impact goFLUENT brings to an organization.
• Develop compelling business cases that demonstrate ROI for goFLUENT solutions.
• Build consultative relationships with influencers, stakeholders, and decision-makers from your key client accounts.
• Work and collaborate with our experienced Marketing and Customer Success Teams to successfully close high potential deals.
• Participate in exhibitions and events.
• Travel to customer sites within your territory to support your sales efforts.

What You’ll Need

• Minimum 2 years experience in B2B sales. Good to have SaaS and international experience.
• Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of prospect organizations, including senior managers and the C-suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Team player, self-motivated to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Proactive, personable, hard-working and easily adaptable.
• Active on social media in a business context. Experience using LinkedIn.
• Relevant experience in the Training, e-Learning, HR services industry is definitely a plus.
• Minimum B2 English level.
• Bilingual/fluent in Polish or Romanian.
