SIX Group Services Ltd. is seeking a Business Continuity Manager in Madrid with the option to work from home up to 40%. You will define and improve end-to-end processes to ensure operational resilience and compliance with regulatory requirements (including DORA).

You will collaborate with business and technology teams to ensure processes are efficient, well-governed and aligned with service objectives, while strengthening resilience and driving continuous improvement across the organization.

Formación

• 3+ years in BPM and process management.
• 3+ years in Business Continuity (BIA/BCP/DR).
• Experience defining SLAs in regulated environments.

Responsabilidades

• Define and maintain processes using BPM tools (ADONIS preferred).
• Identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Align processes with SLAs and service objectives.
• Support BIA, BCP, and DR testing.
• Contribute to DORA and resilience initiatives.

Business Continuity Manager

Madrid | Working from home up to 40% | Reference 8020

You will define and improve end-to-end processes, ensuring operational resilience and business continuity in line with regulatory requirements (including DORA).

You will work closely with business and technology teams to ensure processes are efficient, well-governed and aligned with service objectives.

In this role, you will play a key part in strengthening operational resilience, supporting business continuity frameworks, and driving continuous improvement across the organization.

What You Will Do

• Define and maintain processes using BPM tools (ADONIS preferred)
• Identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Align processes with SLAs and service objectives
• Support Business Continuity (BIAs, BCPs, DR testing)
• Contribute to DORA and operational resilience initiatives

What You Bring

• 3+ years in process management (BPM)
• 3+ years in Business Continuity (BIA, BCP, DR)
• Experience with SLA definition
• Background in regulated environments (e.g. financial services)
• Knowledge of risk management
• Experience with BPM tools (ADONIS or similar)
