BME - Bolsas y Mercados Españoles is seeking an Information Security Officer in Madrid with the possibility to work from home up to 40%. You will apply information and cyber security expertise, communicating IT concepts clearly to business teams and supporting security initiatives in a financial infrastructure environment.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with German a plus. The role involves collaboration with IT and business stakeholders to strengthen security controls and incident

Formación

• Experience in information/cyber security.
• Good knowledge of technical IT (networks, operating systems, application architectures, cloud services, development standards, AI services).
• Good organizational skills and ability to explain complex things simply.
• Comfortable handling business and IT personnel at an adequate level.
• Interest in financial infrastructure for financial services and markets.
• Advanced training or certification in information security (e.g. CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC) is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (German a plus).

What You Bring

• experience in information/cyber security
• good knowledge of technical IT (networks, operating systems, application architectures, cloud services, development standards, artificial intelligence services)
• good organizational skills and ability to explain complex things in a simple way
• comfortable and capable of handling business and IT personnel on an adequate level
• interest in financial infrastructure provided for financial services and markets
• advanced training or certification in information security (e.g. CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC) is a plus
• fluent in English and Spanish (both verbal and writing), German is a plus
