BME | Bolsas y Mercados Españoles is seeking a Process & Continuity Specialist to define and improve end-to-end processes, ensuring operational resilience and business continuity in line with regulatory requirements, including DORA.

You will work closely with business and technology teams to ensure processes are efficient, well-governed, and aligned with service objectives, with a focus on BIAs, BCPs, DR testing and ongoing improvement across the organization.

Formación

• 3+ years in process management (BPM).
• 3+ years in Business Continuity (BIA, BCP, DR).
• Experience with SLA definition.
• Background in regulated environments (e.g. financial services).
• Knowledge of risk management.
• Experience with BPM tools (ADONIS or similar).
• Spanish & English (C1).

Responsabilidades

• Define and maintain processes using BPM tools (ADONIS preferred).
• Identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Align processes with SLAs and service objectives.
• Support Business Continuity (BIAs, BCPs, DR testing).
• Contribute to DORA and operational resilience initiatives.
