Métrica España is seeking a Business Analyst with at least 3 years of experience, strong knowledge of generative AI tools, and advanced English to collaborate with a leading multinational in the FMCG sector.

You will bridge business and technology teams, translate business needs into functional requirements for generative AI solutions, help define use cases, write user stories and acceptance criteria, and support adoption across international stakeholders.
