Swiss Re is seeking a Business Analyst for Applications Identity and Access Management in a hybrid setup. You will translate security objectives into actionable requirements and collaborate with engineers, product owners, and stakeholders to secure Swiss Re's IT ecosystem.

You will work on authentication protocols, secrets management, and Azure-based application delivery, with opportunities to influence security strategy and adoption across global teams.

Formación

• Solid experience as a Business Analyst in IT delivery teams with agile experience.
• Ability to translate cybersecurity objectives into user stories, acceptance criteria, and artefacts.
• Experience with authentication protocols (OIDC, OAuth) and secrets management.
• Practical experience building applications on Azure and scripting with PowerShell or Python.
