Swiss Re - Schweizerische Rückversicherungs-Gesellschaft is seeking an Associate Security Architect to support security-by-design across the organisation. You will help with architecture reviews, security requirements, standards, and governance, working in a hybrid setup with some home and office work.

This early-career role targets professionals with ~2–3 years of relevant experience who want to grow under seasoned architects.

Formación

• Around 2–3 years of experience in security architecture or related fields.
• Experience in areas such as identity and access management, secure design, or cloud security.
• Familiarity with security frameworks and controls in regulated environments.
• Ability to analyze technical information and translate guidance into practical recommendations.
• Strong communication skills and fluent written/spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Support senior security architects in architecture reviews and governance assessments.
• Review security requirements, designs, blueprints, and cloud/ application integration approaches.
• Help document security standards, reusable patterns, and architecture decision records.
• Collaborate across security and technology teams to adopt security-by-design principles.
• Document observations to support maturity assessments and roadmaps.
• Learn continuously and share security insights with the team.
