Swiss Re is looking for an Associate Security Architect in Spain to help integrate security-by-design across architecture reviews, standards, and governance. You will collaborate with delivery teams and learn from experienced architects in a hybrid work setup balancing home and office presence.

The role targets early-career professionals with about 2–3 years’ relevant experience, focusing on security concepts, documentation, and practical design decisions under guidance.

Formación

• A genuine passion for cybersecurity and interest in how security architecture enables resilient business and technology change.
• Around 2–3 years of experience in identity and access management, secure design, network security, application security, cloud security, data protection, vulnerability management, or risk-based decision‑making.
• Familiarity with industry security frameworks, standards, or control practices, ideally in regulated environments.
• Ability to analyse technical information, document findings clearly, and translate guidance into practical recommendations.
• Collaborative mindset, curiosity, integrity, and a proactive approach to learning and solving problems.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Support senior security architects in architecture reviews, security advisory activities, and governance assessments
• Help review security requirements, solution designs, architecture blueprints, and implementation approaches across applications, platforms, cloud services, and integration patterns
• Contribute to the definition, documentation, and maintenance of security standards, requirements, reusable patterns, and architecture decision records
• Collaborate with other security and technology teams to clarify security expectations and support practical adoption of security-by-design principles
• Track, analyse, and document security architecture observations to support maturity assessments, roadmap discussions, and continuous improvement
• Keep learning about cybersecurity technologies, architecture practices, and emerging risks, and share insights with the team
