Job summary

SGS is seeking a Business Analyst to join its Global IT team in Spain. The role links business stakeholders with technical teams, gathering requirements, documenting them, and translating into functional solutions across ERP, EPM, reporting, and transformation initiatives.

You'll support the full lifecycle from workshops to testing and deployment, ensuring delivered solutions meet objectives. The team works on Oracle EBS, cloud transformation, Power BI, and finance projects.

Qualifications

• ERP, SAP, Oracle, EPM, or finance process experience can be beneficial.

Job Description

The Business Analyst (BA) is a key link between business stakeholders and technical teams within Global IT. The role is responsible for understanding business needs, gathering and documenting requirements, analyzing processes, and translating those requirements into functional solutions. Business Analysts support the full solution lifecycle, from requirements gathering and workshops through testing (UAT/SIT), deployment, and post‑implementation support, ensuring that delivered solutions meet business expectations and organizational objectives.

The team supports a broad portfolio of ERP, EPM, reporting, and transformation initiatives, including Oracle EBS, cloud transformation, Power BI, finance-related projects, and emerging technology initiatives. The team is expanding due to resource movements to other strategic projects, creating a need for additional Business Analysts to support delivery priorities and maintain project momentum.

Working Environment

Experienced candidates may be given greater flexibility from the outset.
