Job summary

UPS is hiring temporary administrative staff to support daily operations across several hubs in Spain, including Bailén. The roles offer varied schedules at locations such as Mérida, Málaga, Valencia, Zaragoza, Alicante, Bailén, and Seville, with responsibilities including data entry and team collaboration.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong organizational and communication skills, basic computer literacy, and the ability to meet deadlines. English is an asset.

Qualifications

• Required qualification: High School Diploma, Intermediate Vocational Qualification, or Higher Vocational Qualification. (A completed or ongoing university degree is an asset.)
• A proactive attitude and strong organizational skills.
• Strong communication, stress management, and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate level of English is an asset.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Previous experience in a similar role is an asset.
