Olympic Broadcasting Services in Madrid seeks a Broadcast Technology Manager to lead planning, coordination and delivery of key broadcast technology projects within the Venue Technical Operations (VTO) department. This role combines technical expertise, project ownership and vendor management to ensure new broadcast solutions are clearly defined, integrated and tested for Games-time operations.

Formación

Degree in Advanced Electronics, Broadcast Engineering or a related technical field.
More than 10-12 years of relevant international experience, including at least 8 years in similar roles involving complex broadcast operations or technology integration projects.
Extensive knowledge of software-defined broadcasting and modern IP-based broadcast environments.

Responsabilidades

Develop technology roadmaps and assess emerging broadcast technologies for future Olympic Games.
Lead complex broadcast technology projects from concept through to Games-time delivery.
Coordinate teams across OBS departments and external partners.
Prepare clear progress updates and reports for senior stakeholders.
Define clear technical requirements, specifications and Statements of Work.
Monitor supplier performance against agreed deliverables and technical requirements.
Work with internal stakeholders to resolve technical, delivery and commercial issues.
