Olympic Broadcasting Services (OBS) in Madrid is seeking a Planning Manager to oversee broadcast operations planning, liaise with OCOGs and YOGOCs, and ensure venue facilities meet delivery timelines. The role requires coordinating internal and external tasks, guiding a venue production team, and reporting on progress to OBS leadership.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in planning broadcast operations, strong English skills, and a track record of delivering under tight schedules

Formación

• Minimum of 5–10 years’ experience in Planning of Broadcast operations.
• 3–4 years in a managerial role or managing projects and stakeholders.
• Excellent proficiency of English required (native or bilingual).
• Tech savvy with experience across platforms to improve systems.
• Ability to deliver on project requirements within tight timelines.
• Excellent communication skills for all stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate planning and operational implementation for internal and external tasks.
• Ensure infrastructure and services are clear and timelines are met.
• Manage venue production team activities and deliverables.
• Review venue policies, resolve related issues, and produce reports.
• Collaborate with Engineering to submit games timelines to OCOGs and attend meetings.
• Report irregularities to the Head of Department and support venue readiness.
