Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation in Barcelona or Madrid is seeking a Brand Manager Immunology to shape and execute the local brand strategy, translating strategic priorities into impactful plans and collaborating with Medical and cross-functional teams to meet patient needs.

You will lead launches or launch readiness, monitor performance, manage budgets, and ensure compliant, ethical promotion while translating insights into brand initiatives across local and global priorities.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in brand management, marketing or commercial roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Strong strategic and analytical capabilities with the ability to translate insights into brand strategies and tactical plans.
• Experience leading product launches or launch readiness activities.
• Ability to monitor performance and market dynamics and adapt plans accordingly.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Medical, Regulatory and other key functions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong planning and project management capabilities.
• Ability to manage budgets, forecasts and marketing investments.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the local brand and product strategy in alignment with local management and global priorities.
• Prepare and contribute to Integrated Brand Teams and Launch Teams, supporting cross-functional planning and execution.
• Lead the execution, monitoring and analysis of tactical plans to drive brand growth.
• Develop and execute promotional activities in line with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor brand performance, market dynamics and external environment, taking corrective action as needed.
• Generate market insights through stakeholder interactions and translate into brand initiatives.
• Execute global, regional and local marketing activities.
• Manage brand budgets, forecasts and expenses and optimize marketing impact.
• Partner with Medical and cross-functional teams to maximize impact of brand activities.
• Identify KOLs and other leaders within the therapeutic area.
• Develop understanding of patient segments and apply insights to strategy and execution.
• Oversee regulatory and safety communications, ensuring timely, compliant messaging to healthcare professionals.
