Happy Mammoth PTD LTD is seeking a Designer/Art Director to own the brand’s visual voice, setting direction across web, social, email, and packaging while hands-on designing key assets. You’ll guide the brand’s look and feel with leadership, collaboration, and a performance-driven storytelling approach.

The role is a full-time, fully remote contractor position with a preference for a background in B2C marketing and availability during EU hours.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design or art direction, preferably in marketing.
• Strong portfolio showing brand/campaign-level creative direction across web, social, and packaging.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma or similar tools.
• Experience with motion graphics, 3D visualization, and basic product photography is a strong plus.
• Strategic creative thinker with branding, design trends, and performance-driven storytelling.

Responsabilidades

• Own and evolve the brand's visual identity across web, social, email, packaging, and beyond.
• Set creative direction for campaigns translating objectives into visual concepts.
• Design and produce hero assets: banners, landing pages, galleries, and campaign visuals.
• Review social content to stay on-brand and on-strategy.
• Direct email marketing creative: headers, product showcases, banners, newsletters.
• Lead product packaging design from concept to execution.
• Oversee creation of eBooks and training materials reflecting brand identity.
• Champion motion design and 3D visualization initiatives.
• Direct or shoot and edit semi-professional product photography.
• Provide creative feedback and mentorship to designers/freelancers.
