Neo Group, recruiting on behalf of a local partner, is seeking a Lead Brand Designer to join our Design Department and help shape compelling visual identities.

You will own brand systems across all touchpoints, collaborate with stakeholders, mentor designers, and steer creative direction for campaigns. This role offers remote work, a flexible schedule, learning opportunities, and clear career growth within a multinational network.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in brand design or related role.
• Strong portfolio showing brand systems and visual identity work.
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience building and maintaining brand guidelines.
• Ability to translate business goals into visual solutions.
• Strong communication skills; ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and refine brand assets such as typography, color palettes, guidelines, and templates.
• Own and evolve the visual identity across all brands and products.
• Create visual materials to support brand communication and internal needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional design teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling.
• Lead brand consistency across all touchpoints (SMM, CRM, product, marketing).
• Define and maintain brand guidelines and ensure their correct implementation.
• Review and provide feedback on design outputs to maintain high quality standards.
• Drive creative direction for campaigns, launches, and key visuals.
• Support and mentor designers in brand-related tasks.
