Job summary

Honeywell Technologies in Madrid seeks a Technical Support Engineer to diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware, providing post-sales support with remote access and clear written instructions. You will use email/phone to assist customers and partners, escalating where necessary to Tier 3.

You will manage cases in CRM, develop knowledge base content, and collaborate with Sales and Partners to resolve issues promptly while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Degree in Energy, Electrical, Automation, Electronics, IT Engineering.
• Experience with BMS and Niagara technology (Tridium).
• Knowledge of HVAC applications and field devices.
• Strong IT/networking fundamentals and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-sales technical support and troubleshooting via remote tools and calls.
• Build relationships with customers and partners; ensure timely resolution and clear communication.
• Manage cases in CRM; document issues, resolutions, and workarounds; escalate when needed.
• Create and share knowledge base content; contribute to knowledge management practices.
