• 10+ years of Life Sciences commercial leadership or BD experience.
• Proven success selling complex, global outsourcing solutions.
• Strong executive communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to operate effectively across cultures and geographies.

• Identify and prioritize global and regional market opportunities.
• Develop and execute multi-geography go-to-market strategies.
