Fundación Pasqual Maragall in Barcelona is looking for a motivated Scientific Coordination & Operations Intern to support the Scientific Coordination team with administrative, financial, and operational tasks. The role involves purchase order management, invoice tracking, and expense monitoring.

The ideal candidate should be enrolled in a Higher Vocational Training Programme and fluent in Catalan, Spanish, and English. A part-time schedule (15-20 hours per week) with a hybrid working model is offered.

Formación

• Currently enrolled in a Higher Vocational Training Programme (CFGS) in Administration and Finance or a related field.
• Fluent in Catalan, Spanish, and English.

Responsabilidades

• Create, process, and monitor purchase orders in accordance with internal procedures.
• Receive, review, and track invoices and delivery notes.
• Register, classify, and validate invoices.
• Track expenses related to suppliers and purchases.
• Assist in generating information for financial reporting.
