RED in Madrid seeks a BIM Coordinator to manage BIM environments, CDE setup, and data centre coordination. You will work with Autodesk Forma, Navisworks and Revit to deliver models and drawings that meet project requirements and standards.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required; the role involves collaboration with international teams and a strong focus on quality control and BEP adherence.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years’ experience with Revit, Navisworks and BIM 360/Forma.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong ability to coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience in data centre design preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Set up BIM project environments and CDEs, templates and standards.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams for BIM execution against BEP.
• Produce and maintain BIM models, drawings and schedules in Forma/Navisworks.
• Perform clash checks and deliver coordinate outputs to project teams.
