Deckers Brands in Madrid, Spain, seeks a Supervisor for Wholesale Customer Service to lead the day-to-day operations of the wholesale CS team and drive service excellence across internal and external customers.

The ideal candidate will manage SLAs, develop the team, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to maximize order book conversion while upholding Deckers' values. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, Portuguese is a plus.

Formación

• Proven wholesale experience managing SLAs.
• Experience managing a multi-lingual team across countries.
• Knowledge of Oracle is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications with advanced Excel.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Wholesale Customer Service team.
• Support Customer Service Manager to meet daily tasks and service standards.
• Coach and develop the team to Deckers' performance expectations.
• Monitor team and individual performance and provide feedback.
• Act as brand ambassador and drive continuous improvement.
