Deckers Brands in Madrid seeks a Senior Account Executive to manage the long-term revenue growth of the UGG brand in Spain. You will collaborate with regional cross-functional teams to execute brand plans and drive profitable growth while maintaining strong relationships with retail partners.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales drive and commercial orientation, with fluency in English and Spanish as requirements for this role.

Formación

• Experience in wholesale sales and sales order book management.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Build strong relationships with retail partners across functions.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets in Spain.
• Plan seasonal sell-in and replenishment.
• Drive business development across all retail channels.
• Support sell-out performance at POS.
• Prepare sales reports and territory updates.
