Doofinder is seeking a proactive Technical Support Agent (US Schedule) in Madrid to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues raised by customers via email, calls and 1:1 meetings.

You will analyze logs, inspect requests, explain the product clearly and work closely with our Development team to escalate and resolve problems, helping customers get the most from Doofinder’s technology.

Formación

• Experience in technical customer support or similar roles.
• Hands-on, resolutive approach to debugging.
• Able to read logs and understand HTTP requests/responses.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Strong communication to explain technical topics to non-technical customers.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; EU work permit required.

Responsabilidades

• Address customer product and technical issues via email, calls, and meetings.
• Reproduce issues, inspect logs and network requests to identify root causes.
• Explain Doofinder features clearly to customers and maximize tool usage.
• Escalate to Development when needed and track through resolution.
• Manage multiple priorities with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Build relationships with customers as a trusted technical contact.
