Doofinder in Madrid, Spain is hiring Multilingual Account Executives to join a fast-growing international team in a hybrid environment.

You will manage the full sales cycle, build client relationships, conduct outbound activities, and strive to exceed KPIs while collaborating with internal teams.

Requirements include English at C1–C2 and C1–C2 in German, Polish, or Czech, 1–6 years in B2B sales, and comfort with cold calling while residing in Spain.

Formación

• 1–6 years of experience in B2B sales or related roles (AE/BDR/ SDR/ outbound)
• C1–C2 proficiency in English
• C1–C2 proficiency in at least one target language (German, Polish or Czech)

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling.
• Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to drive customer success.
