Goodweek is seeking a Partner Support Manager to be the first contact for Distributors and MSPs leveraging our AI Platform. You will gather logs, reproduce issues, and report to Product/Engineering with clear bug tickets and evidence.

You will join live calls or review recordings, and keep partners updated on progress and timelines. You will run weekly bug reviews, help unblock deployments, and maintain a concise dashboard of open issues for Sales, Enablement, and Leadership.

Formación

• Bilingual French and English required.
• 4+ years in customer support, care, or QA in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience with Zendesk or Intercom.
• Strong written communication; ability to describe bugs clearly.
• Ability to coordinate with product and engineering teams.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to MSPs/Distributors by phone, email, or chat; join live calls or review recordings.
• Create clear bug tickets with steps to reproduce, environment, and impact.
• Lead weekly bug review meetings with Product and Engineering.
• Provide regular updates on fixes, timelines, and workarounds.
• Support distributors during deployment and summarize outcomes.
• Maintain a simple dashboard showing open issues for stakeholders.
