Job summary

EMPRESA ESPECIALIZADA EN SELECCIÓN DE PERSONAL in Madrid is seeking an energetic team to recruit doctors for market research studies. You will invite doctors, manage their participation, and support the panel of healthcare professionals from our Madrid Production Hub.

The ideal candidate speaks French as a native language, has good English, and demonstrates strong attention to detail, organizational and communication skills. Experience with multinational firms is a plus.

Qualifications

• French Native speaker required (FR).
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow up on their participation. Create doctor engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure participation rates among your assigned pool of doctors using different communication channels and arguments.
