Job summary

Our Madrid Production Hub is seeking French native speakers to recruit doctors for market research studies, and to engage them for participation in our healthcare panel. This full-time role focuses on recruiting doctors and maintaining engagement across our medical panel.

You will call doctors to invite them to studies, manage follow-ups, and ensure participation targets using multiple channels with professional communication.

Qualifications

• French Native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings and meetings.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience in multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations may be required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation; create doctor engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join our healthcare panel.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
