Job summary

Empresa Especializada En Selección De Personal is hiring an awesome team of French Native speakers to join our Madrid Production Hub. You will recruit doctors, follow up on their participation, and invite them to our market research studies as part of our healthcare panel.

The ideal candidate speaks French natively, has good English, exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, and communicates professionally by telephone and email.

Qualifications

• French Native speaker is required.
• Good working knowledge of English.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
• Documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages as needed.
