Job summary

General de Galerías Comerciales SOCIMI is seeking a Programmer with SAS and R expertise to support German AMNOG dossiers and market access activities from Spain, with remote/hybrid flexibility. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree or PhD in biostatistics or data science, has >2 years in SAS/R programming, and is fluent in German and English.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in biostatistics, data science or related field.
• Initial experience in HTA, AMNOG, HEOR, or Market Access preferred.
• Solid understanding of clinical study designs, endpoints, and statistical principles.
• Familiarity with CDISC SDTM/ADaM data standards.
• Familiarity with German AMNOG process, IQWiG methodology, or G‑BA procedures is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of German AMNOG dossiers, focusing on programming statistical analyses for Module 4.
• Perform scientific assessment and analysis of clinical trial data, including efficacy, safety, endpoints, and subgroup analyses.
• Perform meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons and support interpretation of outputs.
• Contribute to automation and standardization of analysis workflows for efficiency and reproducibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, EU-HTA Team).
• Ensure scientific quality, clarity, and consistency of generated outcomes.
• Monitor methodological developments from IQWiG, G BA, and relevant HTA bodies.
