Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Programmer (SAS & R) with German for a Spain-based role combining remote/hybrid work. The position focuses on statistical programming to support AMNOG dossiers and HEOR activities, with collaboration across Market Access, HEOR, and EU-HTA teams.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s or PhD in biostatistics or data science and have experience in HTA/AMNOG, CDISC SDTM/ADaM, and data analysis. German and English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or a related field.
• Initial experience in HTA, AMNOG, HEOR, or Market Access (industry, consultancy, or research institute preferred).
• Solid understanding of clinical study designs, endpoints, and statistical principles.
• Familiarity with clinical study data and industry standards (CDISC SDTM/ADaM).
• Familiarity with the German AMNOG process, IQWiG methodology, or G‑BA procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development of German AMNOG dossiers, focusing on programming analyses for Module 4.
• Analyze clinical trial data for efficacy, safety, and patient-relevant endpoints.
• Perform meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons; support interpretation of outputs.
• Automate analysis workflows to improve efficiency and reproducibility.
• Collaborate with Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, and EU-HTA teams.
• Ensure scientific quality and clarity of generated outcomes.
• Monitor methodological developments from IQWiG, G BA, and HTA bodies.
