Job summary

IQVIA in Madrid, Spain is seeking a Programmer (SAS & R) with German to support health technology assessment and market access activities. The role targets biostatisticians or data scientists with a strong climate for statistical programming and a German-English language requirement.

The candidate will contribute to AMNOG dossiers, analyze clinical data, and help automate analyses while collaborating across cross-functional teams in a remote/hybrid setup.

Qualifications

Master's or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or a related field.
Experience in HTA, AMNOG, HEOR, or Market Access and/or clinical development.
Solid understanding of clinical study designs, endpoints and statistical principles.
Familiarity with CDISC SDTM/ADaM data and standards.
Knowledge of German AMNOG, IQWiG, or G‑BA procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

Contribute to German AMNOG dossiers with SAS/R analyses for Module 4.
Analyze trial data for efficacy, safety, endpoints and subgroups.
Perform meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons.
Automate and standardize analysis workflows for consistency and efficiency.
Collaborate with Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs and EU-HTA teams.
Ensure scientific quality and clear, structured outputs.
Monitor methodological developments from IQWiG, G‑BA and HTA bodies.
