Abai Teleservicios Spain in Madrid is seeking a Customer Service Agent to support customers in German and Spanish on-site. The role starts as a 3-month temporary contract with the aim of converting to a permanent position after training and assessment.

You will receive full training and work in shifts, typically mornings between 07:00 and 16:00, with a guaranteed annual salary of €22,800 plus a €1,200 SRV bonus. German and Spanish fluency are required.
