MBDA España is seeking a Field Support Engineer to join the CSS TA area in Madrid. The role covers testing, back-office support, and maintenance activities to ensure operational readiness and high customer satisfaction.

The candidate will liaise with the Head of CSS and provide on-site and back-office support, with responsibilities including reporting, training in Spanish or English, and project-based CSS assistance. Travel within Spain and Europe is required.

Formación

• Experience providing field support in technical engineering environments.
• Strong communication with customers and partners.
• Fluent in English; Spanish fluency preferred for local work.

Responsabilidades

• Provide testing, back-office technical support, and maintenance tasks.
• Serve as technical interface with customer at maintenance level.
• Deliver training to customers in Spanish or English as required.
• Comply with Quality and Configuration requirements and document in English.
• Provide CSS technical support within projects under Head of CSS guidance.
