Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional support to patients and healthcare professionals through phone, email, and other channels.
• Guide patients through setup, use, and troubleshooting of remote monitoring and neuromodulation devices.
• Build trusted relationships with customers with clear, empathetic, and solution-oriented support.
• Educate and train patients and healthcare professionals on Boston Scientific technologies and best practices.
• Collaborate with clinics to improve remote patient management processes.
• Investigate and resolve technical and process-related issues, escalating complex cases when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with colleagues across EMEA to deliver a consistent customer experience.
