eDreams ODIGEO in Barcelona seeks a CX Documentation and Translation Executive (German speaker) for a 6-month hybrid temporary position. You will manage and update CX content for agents and digital channels, ensuring accurate translations and consistent brand voice across markets.

Role requires German fluency, English at a high level (C2), CMS and AI tooling experience, and collaboration with CX, Product, Training, and other teams to drive quality and efficiency.

Formación

• Minimum of two years of experience in a documentation and translation role.
• Certified German Translator and Fluent in English (C2) with a professional translation qualification (e.g., EMT, CIOL, SFT).
• Experience using CMS and AI tools (e.g., DeepL, GPT assistants) to adapt content across languages and platforms.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality content through AI-assisted proofreading, utilizing advanced tools to streamline the editing process while maintaining a human-centered final polish.
• Familiarity with translation/localization tools like SDL Trados and Lokalise.
• Strong writing and editing skills using Word or Google Docs.
• Experience with content/knowledge systems (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint, Zendesk Guide, Guru).
• Proficiency with tools like Slack, Microsoft Teams, Jira, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or Microsoft Project.
• A quick learner, strong communicator, and team player who brings solutions and fresh ideas.

Responsabilidades

• Documentation Management: Create, maintain, and update CX content with business owners, ensuring high-quality knowledge and internal communications to call centers on process updates, time-sensitive issues, and implementation of new initiatives.
• Translation Coordination: Ensure translations are accurate, culturally relevant, and aligned with brand, tone, and eDO standards—proofreading both human and AI-generated content for consistency and quality.
• Optimization: Manage glossaries, translation memories, and style guides for content consistency.
• Stakeholder management: Work cross-functionally with teams and stakeholders to align priorities and ensure timely delivery. Support translation and documentation needs across CX, Product, Training, and other key functions. Support with translation and documentation queries across the business.
• Continuous Improvement: Perform regular quality reviews of CX documentation and translations.
