Perk in Barcelona is seeking an Account Manager Support DACH to be the first line of contact for customers in the German-speaking region, addressing issues with our product and educating clients on new features. You will gain hands-on experience in customer relationship management, problem-solving, and process optimization.

Relocation from anywhere in the world can be supported for this role, with in-person collaboration and language fluency as core requirements.

Formación

• Native or advanced level of German and fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Be the first point of contact for customers in the DACH region and educate them on new product features.
• Gain a deep understanding of Perk products to support the customer journey.
• Identify opportunities for growth through basic commercial acumen and proactive problem solving.
