Job summary

Cegasa is seeking a highly motivated Bid Manager to lead and coordinate the preparation of technical and commercial proposals for lithium‑ion battery energy storage system projects. You will align Projects, Solutions and Sales teams to transform complex requirements into competitive bids and ensure timely submissions.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in bid management or pre‑sales in renewables, a related engineering degree, English at C1, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in bid management or pre-sales engineering within renewable energy (BESS, photovoltaics, substations).
• Degree in Electrical, Energy or Industrial Engineering (or similar).
• Postgraduate qualifications in Project Management or Sales Management are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire proposal preparation process from strategy to submission and contract closure.
• Coordinate across Projects, Solutions and Sales to gather technical, cost and regulatory information.
• Analyze tender documents and requirements, identify risks, milestones and evaluation criteria.
• Develop pricing models and cost analyses for BESS systems including O&M contracts.
