LONGi Solar seeks a dynamic Technical Solutions Manager specialized in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) to design and deliver tailored technical solutions from inquiry to implementation. You will collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure project success while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Energy Systems.
• Proficiency in creating technical documentation, schematics, and bidding documents.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of battery storage, power conversion, grid integration, and energy management systems.
• Familiarity with system simulation and design tools.
• Proficiency in English, written and spoken, for international teams and customers.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze customer inquiries to design technical solutions for energy storage systems (BESS, PCS, EMS).
• Evaluate technical feasibility and optimize solutions for efficiency and cost.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation including specifications and schematics.
• Develop and submit bidding documents and proposals meeting standards.
• Coordinate with sales, project management, and R&D to align solutions with goals.
• Serve as technical point of contact during pre-sales, proposal, and implementation.
• Contribute to new tools and methodologies for solution optimization.
