Criteo is seeking a BI Analyst Intern to join the Global Reporting Team in a hybrid setup in Spain. You will design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using SQL and BI tools, ensuring data quality and automation across reporting layers.

This role offers a hands-on, data-driven environment with exposure to multiple business functions. You will collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, and contribute to internal knowledge sharing while developing your technical and analytical

Formación

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, CS, Engineering, Mathematics or Business Analytics.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Able to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in data, analytics and technology.
• Knowledge of SQL (writing complex queries, joins) and Excel data manipulation.
• Bonus: experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau; basic Python for data analysis or automation.

What You'll Do:

The Global Reporting Team (GRT) at Criteo is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining a portfolio of performance reports across sales, business, and finance domains. As a BI Analyst Intern, you’ll work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment where your contributions will directly impact decision-making across the company. This internship offers a unique opportunity to deepen your technical skills while gaining exposure to a wide range of business functions. You’ll collaborate with experienced analysts and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, automated reporting solutions.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business needs into technical reporting requirements.

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using SQL and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

• Perform data validation, troubleshoot inconsistencies, and ensure data accuracy across reporting layers.

• Automate recurring reporting processes using scripts or workflow tools.

• Document processes, create user guides, and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.

Who You Are:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Analytics).

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).

• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

• Demonstrated interest in data, analytics, and technology.

• Technical skills required: SQL (ability to write complex queries, perform joins, etc), Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, data manipulation), understanding of ETL processes and data modeling concepts.

• Bonus skills: BI Tools (experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization platforms), familiarity with cloud data platforms, basic Python for data analysis or automation.
