Lighthouse is seeking a high-energy Sales professional to lead the full sales cycle for our Hospitality BI SaaS platform from prospecting to close. You will own a quota, build your own pipeline, and engage with senior hotel industry stakeholders to drive revenue growth.

Join a global revenue team that leverages MEDDPICC, AI-assisted prep, and a modern tech stack to win strategic deals and expand relationships with leading hotel groups and chains.

Formación

• 2+ years of B2B closing in Hospitality Tech or SaaS.
• Experience in the hospitality industry is required.
• Fluent in English and German.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close in a hunter role.
• Build your own pipeline and manage a quota.
• Engage with Revenue Managers, Commercial Directors, GMs and C-level stakeholders in hotel groups.
• Use MEDDPICC to qualify and advance opportunities and leverage AI-enabled tools for discovery and prep.
