Job summary

Making Science is seeking a data analytics intern to transform, process and load data from multiple sources (BigQuery) and build dashboards in Tableau and Looker Studio. You will document data infrastructure across SAP, Atlassian, SuccessFactors and Google Workspace while addressing incidents and data quality.

You will analyze cross‑functional requirements and deliver actionable insights. This full-time, 6-month paid internship offers training, flexibility, and a dynamic, collaborative team

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled student seeking a 6-month paid internship under university/school agreement.
• Proficiency in SQL and data handling required.
• Experience in database administration preferred (min 6 months).
• Experience creating dashboards and reports desired.
• Good command of English (B2) in spoken and written form.
• Strong organizational skills and methodical work approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage data transformation, processing and loading from diverse sources (BigQuery).
• Create and maintain dashboards in Tableau and Looker Studio.
• Document data infrastructure and processes across SAP, Atlassian, SuccessFactors, Google Workspace.
• Manage incidents related to business data and ensure data quality.
• Analyze requirements from different company areas to deliver insights.

What we'd like you to do

• Develop and manage data transformation, processing and loading processes from different data sources for subsequent analysis (BigQuery) and visualization with Looker Studio and Tableau
• Document the infrastructure and processes that are implemented to obtain data from different corporate tools (SAP, Atlassian, SuccessFactors, Google Workspace...)
• Manage incidents related to business data.
• Analyze requirements of the different areas and departments of the company.
• Report writing and dashboards in Tableau and Looker Studio.

What we'd like you to bring

• You have previous experience in SQL (minimum 6 months).
• You have previous experiencein database administration (minimum6 months).
• You have certain experiencein dashboards and reports creation.
• You have the abilityto analyze the requirements of the different areas and departments of a company.
• You have a B2 level of English, both spoken and written.
• You have the ability to work methodically and be a responsible person with organizational skills.
