Luxe Talent in Barcelona seeks a Business Development Manager to drive the Benelux market from our Barcelona base. You will lead sales activity, identify targets, and present our recruitment services to premium brands across fashion, luxury, and retail sectors.

Fluent in Dutch and English, with knowledge of Benelux markets; Spanish is a plus. You’ll build strong client relationships and promote Luxe Talent’s qualitative approach to recruitment.

Formación

• Experience in recruitment in the Benelux region.
• Knowledge of Benelux markets and key players.
• Fashion experience is a plus for client understanding.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop the Benelux sales activity for Luxe Talent's Barcelona office.
• Identify target customers and markets to approach.
• Contact prospects to present Luxe Talent’s services.
• Negotiate commercial agreements in mutual interest.
• Build trust-based relationships with partners and clients.
• Promote the Luxe Talent brand in target markets to attract clients.

Luxe Talent, an international recruitment and training firm specializing in Executive & Middle Management positions in the Fashion, Luxury, Retail, Catering, Hospitality and FMCG sectors, is looking for a Business Development Manager, to join and develop the Benelux Market in Barcelona.

As a recruitment and training firm, we work with several companies in the Luxury, Premium and Upscale sectors throughout Europe, where we have offices in strategic cities such as Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Amsterdam, Braga and Munich.

Business Development:

Once you have familiarized yourself with our methods and values, you will be responsible for developing the company's sales activity:

• Actively participate in the development of the Benelux office's sales strategy by identifying potential markets/companies.
• Use the various means at your disposal to identify target customers and contact them to present our services.
• Negotiate commercial agreements in the interests of all concerned (our firm and our future customer).
• Work to establish a relationship based on trust, communication and transparency with each of our partners.
• Promote the Luxe Talent brand to players in the various target markets, in order to increase the attractiveness of our services.

Requirements:

• Experience within the recruitment industry in the Benelux
• Knowing of the Benelux Markets
• Ideally fashion experience.
• Fluent in Dutch, English. Spanish is a plus.
