Novastone Capital Advisors seeks an experienced executive to partner with the firm under its Operator-Led Buyout (OLBO) program. You will lead a 24-month search to acquire a SME in Spain and assume the CEO role of the chosen company, supported by NCA's Investment Management team.

You will develop growth strategies, oversee due diligence, and manage post-acquisition integration to ensure long-term value creation. Must have leadership with P&L, MBA, and multilingual capabilities.

Formación

• 15+ years professional experience with leadership roles and full P&L responsibility.
• Proven track record running and growing businesses or business units in Spain.
• Executive MBA or MBA degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Establish a search process to generate deal flow and identify a business to acquire in line with criteria.
• Manage the acquisition process with support from the Investment Management team.
• Step into the CEO role of the acquired company.
• Develop long-term strategy and 100-day plans for growth and value creation.
• Grow top line via marketing and sales initiatives.
• Review offerings, portfolio strategy, and brand positioning; implement improvements.
• Lead geographic expansion and market-entry strategies when required.
• Drive efficiency and profitable growth across the portfolio.
