All Interests Aligned seeks a seasoned operating leader to become CEO-owner of a Spain-based SME through its Management Buy-In program. The role blends acquisition, transition, and ongoing governance with investor backing.

You will originate and close deals with AIA, lead day-to-day operations, drive value growth, and coordinate with stakeholders for a successful exit. This is a rare path for operators with deep P&L experience seeking long-term ownership in Spain.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years in general management with full P&L accountability.
• Combined with at least 10–15 years of post-undergraduate professional experience.
• Hands-on operating background; not suited for candidates from financial services, banking, private equity, or consulting without P&L accountability.
• Strong regional insight with fluency in local language and business culture.

Responsabilidades

• Lead acquisition and management of a SME in Spain.
• Partner with AIA to build and execute a value-driven growth plan.
• Oversee the transitions, governance, reporting, and compliance.
• Develop and execute an exit strategy with investors.
• Engage in the multi-stage selection process and develop an investment thesis.
